All private personal training & coaching programs include a complementary evaluation during initial consultation. During this session, the coach will get acquainted with the athlete, review the athlete's history and establish training goals.
Training plans are developed specific to your goals, fitness level, available training time, and other factors that may influence your training. For each workout, you will receive a detailed description containing the purpose of the workout.
Customized runner’s training programs will be designed based on the individual’s specific goals, whether it be to begin a running program, complete their first 5k or to qualify for the Boston Marathon.
